Booking an estimate through our YouCanBook.me calendar and checking the SMS-reminder consent box on the booking form
Verbally agreeing during an inbound phone call to receive a follow-up text message containing a booking link

Promotional (marketing) consent is collected via a separate checkbox from transactional (service) consent. You may opt in to one without the other. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3.4 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation and service activity. Typical: 1–10 messages per inquiry/job; occasional promotional messages no more than 1–2 per month.

3.5 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Aloha Dirt Works does not charge for SMS messages; carrier rates are your responsibility.

3.6 How to Opt Out (STOP) and Get Help (HELP)

Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all future SMS communications.

Opting out of one category (e.g., promotional) does not automatically opt you out of the other (e.g., transactional). You may opt out of both by replying STOP to messages from either category.

3.7 Supported Carriers

The Aloha Dirt Works SMS Program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information from the Aloha Dirt Works SMS Program is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. SMS consent categories (transactional and promotional) are managed and stored only by Aloha Dirt Works and our infrastructure providers under contractual confidentiality obligations.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only:

With service providers who help us operate (e.g., our CRM, calendar booking, email/SMS infrastructure providers) and who are contractually required to protect it
When required by law (subpoena, court order, fraud investigation)
To protect our rights or the safety of others
